In 1992, we embarked on a mission... a mission to provide families with
reasonably priced, good, clean, pre-loved motor homes. We wanted
families to spend their time having fun, instead of worrying about
repairing the RV first.
We were trying to imagine a name that
fit our mission. We didn’t want customers to say they were
“Not Happy Campers”. So the
opposite won....and The
Happy Camper name
was born.

About the Owner
Frank Johnson started in the RV business in
1969, handling pop-up tent campers, slide in truck campers, travel
trailers and in later years, motor homes. He continues to play an
active daily role in the business, helping make customers' dreams become
reality.
